Family Yoga

This class offers individual and partner poses inspired by nature, animals, and cooking. Both children and adults are encouraged to improve their breathing techniques with the help of props, all while honing their mindfulness skills—a valuable asset in today's chaotic world. Located in my backyard this location offers the benfits of the outdoors in a private setting.

For tween/teens ages 9 - 14, learn and practice all the techniques of yoga including Asana, pranayama and Meditation, adapted to their age group to have fun as they receive the benefits of a calmer, more focused mind and strong, flexible and healthy body and connection to spirit and nature. Yoga can be invaluable during this age to develop confidence and a healthy and peaceful relationship with they who are. Sliding Scale $5-$15. https://lotuslandyogasf.com/schedule/

The class incorporates stretches for both parents and little ones, fostering flexibility, strength, and relaxation. It also offers an opportunity to bond with your young one through stories, imaginative play, and simple yoga-inspired games. Children explore their bodies, cultivating wonder through a seamless blend of yoga, play, and moments of quiet reflection.
